If you’re struggling to make much money, go into Clan tab and change the workshop for 2k. Silversmith and Velvet weavery are my favourite so far, because they make a decent amount, and it’s been easy to sell on the Jewellery/ Velvet to other towns to make some personal profit too. Not many villages pumping out silk or silver either, so they

They’re mainly worth it if you have a lot of money and don’t want a negative incomes because your fiefs are towns with less than 4000 prosperity and castles with less than 1000 prosperity. They prob average 200-300 per day. So divide 22000 by 250, so that’s 88 days to break even… might get captured before then ha.

Buy cheap mules and horses, and recruit troops to carry your goods, don’t upgrade them though, you have to spend money to make money but a 1$ per day troop can carry as much as a a 20$ troop. As soon as the ball gets rolling you’ll literally pillage the entire kingdom, buy everything’s that’s under an average price and sell everything

At early trade levels you are only getting 1 or two trade rumors for each item. Just like the name said, they r just rumors, not actual info's. So they can be pretty inaccurate. At later levels you will gather more rumors, and when the AI averages out the numbers, it will be a lot more accurate than right now. JayF000.
Caravans give some trade XP, and while you shouldn't keep shops you can buy/switch/sell them to screw up town economy so you can make favorable trades on shorter trips for faster grinding. Not worth grinding trade IMO, but if you want that 300 skill it speeds it up. Neither caravans nor workshops are worthy investments for actually making money
But I've started playing Bannerlord couple of days ago and noticed that almost every thing that brought bunch of money in Warband is nerfed here. I've searched bunch of guides for making money and almost everything is outdated due to patches. So I figured out how workshops work and started making ~400 gold from 2 shops but then I bought caravan.
2. GalacticTurgon. • 7 mo. ago. Sometimes is not that they don't avoid war. Since the AI declares war all the time, there is always a high chance that your caravans are in the middle of enemy territory and they cannot get out and it happens most of the time, it seems the AI declares war on you because they have your caravans nearby. mqxEHL.
